All requests have to be in writing and are subject to availability and confirmation. When requesting reservations please include:
Name of passenger in full.
Date of services.
Hotel Names, Type of rooms and Arrival details.
We shall make all efforts to reply by fax or email within 24hours (working days). For your information Fridays are public holidays for weekend in the Middle East.

TRANSPORT SERVICES
All cars and coaches operated by us or our agents are air-conditioned and maintained to ensure comfort and reliability. Guides are English speaking unless and otherwise specified.

PAYMENT PROCEDURE
Full payment must be received by Eihab Travels in US Dollars by bank draft before passengers arrival on our bank account.

CANCELLATIONS
Eihab Travels reserves the right to levy cancellation fees in cases where charges arise from suppliers due to no-show or for cancellation received after the reconfirmation of services. For groups, the normal releasing period without cancellation charges is 30 days prior to the arrival date of the group.

INSURANCE
Your clients are well advised to obtain personal baggage, medical and accident insurance cover which the passengers are deemed to have.

RESPONSIBILITY AND LIABILITY
EihabTravels LLC acts only as agent for the passenger to the arrangements and do not accept any responsibility for injury, loss or damage, accident, delay or irregularity which may be caused by defect in any vehicle or for any reason whatsoever, or through acts or default of any company or person engaged in carrying out the arrangements.

VISAS
We expect pre-payment for arranging visas which is non-refundable once visa is applied and obtained.

TARIFF PRICES
All rates are quoted per room per night in USD and we reserve the right to change prices without notice.
